By signing up and agreeing to become a coach with Radi8 Health, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the necessary qualifications, experience, and certifications required to provide the coaching services you offer. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your certifications and credentials are valid. - Services
As a coach on Radi8 Health, you will provide personalized coaching services to clients, which may include but are not limited to, fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, and mental health support. You agree to provide these services to the best of your ability, adhering to the highest standards of professional ethics. - Independent Contractor Status
You understand that you are an independent contractor and not an employee of Radi8 Health. As such, you are responsible for your own taxes, business expenses, and any applicable licenses or permits required to operate your coaching services. - Client Interaction
You agree to maintain professional behavior in all interactions with clients. You are responsible for your own communication with clients and ensuring that their wellness goals are met according to the services you provide. You must also be available for consultations and follow-ups as required by your coaching plan. - Confidentiality
You agree to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose any personal or health-related information without the client’s explicit consent, unless otherwise required by law. - Liability
Radi8 Health is not responsible for any claims, damages, injuries, or other consequences arising from the services you provide to clients. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the quality and safety of your coaching services. - Payment & Fees
You agree to the payment structure set by Radi8 Health. Payments for services rendered will be processed through the Radi8 Health platform, and you will receive payment in accordance with the terms outlined. Radi8 Health reserves the right to charge a commission or fee for using its platform and services. - Termination
Radi8 Health reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate any terms or engage in any conduct that is deemed unethical, unprofessional, or in violation of Radi8 Health’s standards. - Amendments
Radi8 Health reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Consent
By checking the box below, you confirm and consent to the following:
- Consent to Use Image & Information
You consent to Radi8 Health using your name, image, bio, and any content you submit (including blog responses and profile information) for marketing purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and promotional material. You grant Radi8 Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content. - Consent to Communication
You consent to receiving communications from Radi8 Health regarding platform updates, marketing materials, and any other information relevant to your coaching services. You may opt-out of non-essential communications at any time. - Consent for Data Handling
You consent to Radi8 Health collecting, storing, and processing your personal and professional data, including payment details and your qualifications, in accordance with Radi8 Health’s privacy policy. - Acknowledgment of Terms
You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined above and that you provide consent to the above as a requirement for signing up as a coach on the Radi8 Health platform.
Termination/Access Restriction
Radi8 Health reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Delaware in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Radi8 Health as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Radi8 Health’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Radi8 Health’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Radi8 Health with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Radi8 Health with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Radi8 Health with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes to Terms
Radi8 Health reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.radi8health.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Radi8 Health encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
