These core pillars of holistic health include: movement, nutrition, mental health, sleep, and energy/environment. It’s important to strengthen all of these pillars in your life, to create a strong foundation for your health and wellness to thrive.
With a Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Naturopathy from Endeavour College of Natural Health, Australia. Chelsea has skills and knowledge in nutrition, herbal medicine and lifestyle advice to promote wellbeing. She combine’s these modalities to provide a holistic approach and unique treatment plan for individuals on their journey to optimum health.
