Hi there! I’m Christy Bernhard, founder and head coach, and I’m thrilled to be part of your fitness journey!

I began my fitness journey a long time ago, but like many others, 2020 took a toll on me, and I found myself at an all-time high weight of 220 pounds. I felt uncomfortable, unhealthy, and just not myself. I knew I needed a change, so I started making small adjustments to my diet, shedding some weight, and eventually found my way back to fitness classes, rediscovering my love for exercise. As I got back into it, I began focusing on fueling my body the right way to perform and grow stronger.

Fast forward four years, and here I am—at 148 pounds and 18% body fat—teaching group fitness and training clients in both fitness and nutrition. My goal is to empower you, help you realize how strong, fierce, and resilient you are.
