As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) since 2003, I’ve logged tens of thousands of hours in one-on-one coaching, guiding clients of all backgrounds—from amateur athletes to seasoned competitors—toward their goals.

Diverse Experience: I’ve coached powerlifters, professional boxers, and everyday individuals looking to rehab injuries, lose weight, or build strength.
Lifelong Athlete: From biking to martial arts, my personal journey fuels my passion for coaching others.
Sports Nutrition: I integrate advanced nutrition strategies into my training programs to optimize performance and recovery. My degree is in sports nutrition.
Hands-On Training: Over 40,000 in-person training sessions, ensuring a personalized and practical approach to fitness.
